LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

Thanks for supporting and using Maibenben products. If you have any questions during the process of using, please call the local technical center of Maibenben, or email enquiry@maibenben.cn to enjoy the after-sales service of the products.

This limited warranty policy only applies to Maibenben products. For product defects determined by the company,  Maibenben should provide free repair services during the warranty period.

In order to provide faster help, please prepare the following information for our service team in advance.

Maibenben may conduct diagnostic tests on customers’ products to determine the cause of the defects. Before returning any equipment for repair,  please back up the data and delete all confidential and personal information from the product. Maibenben will not responsible for any damage or loss of programs, data and removable storage media.
